This D-SUB female connector adopts glass fiber filled UL94V0 flame retardant high temperature PBT thermoplastic insulator housing with optional white blue black grey colors, matched with brass or bronze stamped contact terminals and 0.35T steel shell with full area nickel plating to restrain electromagnetic interference, supporting diversified contact plating specifications including gold flash and selective gold thickness ranging from 3 micro inch to 30 micro inch, limiting maximum contact resistance to 30 milliohms, supporting 5 Amp rated current under operating temperature from minus 55 degree Celsius to plus 105 degree Celsius, enduring 1000V AC one minute test voltage and maintaining insulation resistance above 5000 megohms. It adopts dual row right angle DIP structure with standard 8.08mm PCB footprint, four optional locking types fork lock riveting riveting with screws rivet lock, and customizable mounting screws made of zinc alloy iron and copper alloy in 4.8mm and 5.8mm nickel plated specifications, unified dimensional tolerance standards to match automated wave soldering production lines.
